Founded by Dr Joey Lee Paul, Range blends evidence-based chiropractic care with strength & conditioning principles to deliver treatment that goes beyond short-term relief.

  • Chiropractic at Range is centred around hands-on treatment to help reduce pain and restore movement. This includes joint manipulation (adjustments), soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and manual therapy tailored to what you need.

    These treatments are used with intent, not as quick fixes or something you become reliant on.

    The goal is to create meaningful change in how you feel and move, so you can get back to training and everyday life as quickly as possible.

  • Rehab at Range is about bridging the gap between pain and performance. Whether you’re coming back from injury or dealing with ongoing niggles, the focus is on building strength, control, and confidence through targeted, progressive exercise.

    This isn’t generic rehab. It’s individualised, practical, and designed to get you back to training, sport, and everyday life without relying on constant treatment.
